Introduction to the artist:

Ey Swayel Cylthia thel Skwix (Good Day my name is Cynthia)

Cynthia is a Stó:lō woman from Cynthia Robinson from Ch’íyáqtel aka Tzeachten.

She shares her cultural renaissance as she finds her way back to the ancestors through Coast Salish art.  She aims to revive traditional form line arts of ovoids, trigones, u shapes, crescent, and s shapes flowed through her pieces.

In this collection there are some pieces thrown on the wheel, a few pinch pots and hand-built items.

Having her hands in the unearthed clay keeps her grounded and she can’t stop!
